Unfortunately, for many of us, driving can be full of stress, fear and even anger. These are not good feelings – in the car or anywhere else!

 

Mindful driving is all about redefining our relationship with driving. Mindful Driver Training puts you in the driving seat (instead of your emotions), helping you turn driving into a calm, focused and positive experience. One that you look forward to and grow from with every journey you take.

THE VALUE CENTRED PERSPECTIVE

The ‘Value Centred Perspective’ or ‘VCP’ has been developed as a tool to teach mindful driving. It’s an invaluable resource in our training and an excellent way to understand why mindfulness is such a useful skill for everyday life and how we can easily apply it.

The feeling that any task is a nuisance will soon disappear if it is done in mindfulness.
